Founded only 50 years ago in 1966, Tallahassee Community College has been a great asset to the highly populated area of Tallahassee. With many scholarships available, Tallahassee Community College makes education affordable and accessible to many people in the city, or those who commute from outside of the city. TCC partners hand in hand with Florida State University as they are the leading bridge school into FSU. They offer students looking to transfer with many options and keep them on track for the credentials they will need once transferring to become a Seminole! Out of the thirty-eight thousand enrolled at TCC, over 78% of the students who graduate with their associates degree, transfer to FSU within a year.
